THE SOCIAL DOCTRINE OF THE CHURCH COURSE
January to March 2026
The Centesimus Annus – Pro Pontifice Foundation promotes Courses in the Social Doctrine of the Church (SDC) addressed to public and private executives, professionals, academics, entrepreneurs and religious and others, with have the objective of training them in the principles and action of the SDC. Through the course the Foundation aims to foster the growth of a community of thinking and cohesive people that can also influence the areas that the Foundation itself is aimed at.
What can we do with the Social Doctrine of the Church if not read it, study it, and reflect upon it, so as to understand and address with greater awareness the challenges and profound transformations shaping our time? In this regard, it is worth recalling briefly the heart of the message that has accompanied the gradual development of what we now call the “Social Doctrine of the Church”: a fruitful path of reflection capable of guiding both thought and action. It invites us to bear witness to the living power of the Christian spirit in every sphere of social life and to recognize the resources that Revelation offers to all those committed to building a more fraternal and supportive society.
